About Website
Starless Designs hasn't even been around for a year yet and it still has much to be said about it. For it to be a short story, SD is basically the reincarnation of my last graphics website, Mirabelle. However, my history of making graphics website goes way past Mirabelle, also previously known as X-Pressive (icon archive). My first graphics website was a name I can't even recall right now. It didn't last long because I was too preoccupied with my Fllay shrine and blog. It was then moved to my second attempt at a graphics website, Prohfreshunal Dsqinz (uhh...it's not correct spelling, English and site-wise.)
After I closed PD because it was a hassle, I opened Kau Designs. By then, my graphic making skills were decent. I made some new friends at Kau Designs and even applied for a sub-domain there. Then came the miracle of eighth grade, where I was too lazy to do anything and turned the subdomain to my fanlisting collective. This all happened somewhere around November 2006. Between Kau and PD Designs, I also had an icon archive, which I also forgot the name and never opened it.
Beginning of January 2007, I opened another graphics named Ryoku Designs. I had received Photoshop and practiced with it so much at this graphics website. Sadly, I think I updated it twice and by March 2007, I gave up on it, despite the pretty good comments I received from it. Finally, in March 2007, I opened X-Pressive. It was an icon archive that grew into a graphics website, Mirabelle, after a couple of months. Ninth grade also started for me so I had no time to update, but I felt attached to this graphics design. I did let it rot and close it, but also promised to be back.
Surprisingly, I reopened Mirabelle on July 23, 2008 with a new name and semi-new graphics, and it so happened to be titled Starless Designs. Considering it has been alive for three months, it's going pretty well. I hope for it to continue grow.
There's not a real reason why I named this website Starless. I was really in a phase where I was obssessed with the word stars and fallen. I had no idea why. Before, this website was named Heart Glitter but I thought it was too long. Then, Starless just popped into my head during my phase and decided it might as well be the name. It's simple and without much meaning so I guess if I made any kind of layout for this website, it would fit the name.

Hello, [insert your name here]. My online alias is Tiffany, which I prefer to be called by, but my real (legal) name is Thu. If you can't tell, I run this small graphics called Starless Designs. I've been making websites for two years now and counting. In the real world, I'm a perfectly pessimistic, normal sophomore enjoying the chaos of high school. For the most part, I'm pretty quiet and easy-going kind of person. I dislike arguing and shy away from any interactive or public-speaking activities.
Back in May 2006, I started my journey of the world of website building. Some of those who have known me long enough, my first website was called Mistaken Child, the long-dead GS shrine to Fllay Allster. Everyone had to start somewhere and I so happened to experiment with MS Paint for a while until I switched to GIMP. Surprisingly, Mistaken Child was pretty successful, considering it ran for six whole months. Sadly, I had moved to other interests and created countless fanlisting collectives, blogs, and graphics website. On early 2007, I received Photoshop and practiced until I grew bored of it. I took a semi-hiatus from the online world for a couple of months until I opened Starless Designs, which has lasted almost three months.
My interests can be categorized into three simple words: music, manga, and movies (TV shows are implied too). Silence drives me insane so I constantly need music to listen to, whether it be when I'm surfing the net or in the car on the way to school. Unlike my recent addiction to English pop music, manga has been with me since I was in fourth grade. It was my inspiration to drawing and life in general. Last but not least, I'm currently obsessed with the paranormal TV show called Supernatural. It contains themes like creepy demons and heartfelt moments, which really is a fulfilling combination.
I'm not an active person. Compared to back in seventh grade, my life was much more interesting than it is now. I used to draw everyday and read outside novels. Now, it would be a miracle for me to finish a 200-page novel that's not required for English and draw a successful sketch. In the summer, I used to swim almost every week. Even though I still enjoy the sport, I don't practice as often. Primarily, my life switches from home to school with the occasional trips to the bookstore or the Wal-Mart a couple of blocks away.
